About the Photographer
It all started aged 13 when I had my first Summer job; £30 pw photocopying in my dad's office. A very young age to start earning money. All I could think of was buying an old style 35 mm camera. It started a long phase of taking mostly landscapes and cityscapes. People didn't really feature. I really enjoyed it, but it was quite a solitary experience. About 25 years later I upgraded to a digital SLR; slowly people began to feature more in my work. An ex-sort of but not really-boyfriend had a lovely body and was happy to pose for me. That is where the energy for this site began. Soon afterwards I bought a professional Minolta DSLR, which I still use as my main camera. A few years later I had the urge to hire a professional model to see how I would fare. I joined Model Mayhem and hired Daniel for a shoot. He was really lovely - and physically perfect. We made some great images and the rest flowed from there. I got a lot of good press on Model Mayhem and extended my model range. Then I got thrown off the site for one too many erect shots. Trying to subvert big companies into raciness was a little overoptimistic. I recovered from my devastation by setting up on Tumblr, where raciness was not an issue. This was around 2014. Followers slowly built and now I have 14,308 and counting!
I still squeeze in new shoots between day job challenges. I only shoot with the best models. I mostly say no to offers to pose, unless the physique is really impressive. I use natural light and no flash. I mostly shoot at home, but most recently did a studio shoot.
I like to champion the beauty of diverse men in my work. I am available to do paid commissions; prints are available to purchase, professionally printed and can be mailed anywhere in the world.
I hope you keep enjoying my work. I have had so much fun. Email me - I love fan mail.
